Nicely decorated and new-fashioned rooms, great views of downtown. Magnificent, favourable location on everything They really sold the showers as being spa-like.

The hotel was placed in the central location near old market. Its staff was extremely friendly and reasonably good. Great-sized room with the view, everything was good.

The location is particularly good and best possible, right by local attractions and the centre and several restaurants in the area by foot - couldn't be better. The room is brand-new and cheap with double beds.
The bathrooms are very small.

The room was tastefully decorated and contemporary with comfortable bed, I loved it. The food was good and the bar was amazing. All the staff was extremely helpful, resolved my issues.
Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

Got lovely breakfasts and overall had a fine stay overall on a mini vacation. The hotel was in a central location very close to downtown hit spots. Moreover, it's near to Old Town for the exercise on a nice sunny day and the Old Market and Amtrak station and several restaurants in the area.

Got the same king room booked online with a modern shower and double beds, for instance. The location was particularly good and amazing: an old market and a market were within walking distance...

The room was a nice size and brand-new with the redecoration as well as bathroom, just what was needed. Location: the hotel was really close to Old Market, and several restaurants in the area and all the best restaurants and shops.

The staff are very supportive and the location is comfortable in a 100 year old office building. Plus, it's in Downtown Omaha district, just next door to Jocelyn, the old market in downtown, and theater. The room is reasonably priced. The view of downtown is great.

Unbeatable and magnificent location, not too far from Orpheum Theater. A nice size room with reasonable comfort and reasonably priced. Extra care from the extremely helpful staff.
